Reverently switched to Verizon, was told nervous times during the process we would receive e-gift cards (master cards) that could be used anywhere. I even have the chat to prove it! We received Verizon e-gift cards! Not what we were promised over and over again! Spoke to someone in the chat was told it could be fixed, transferred a few more times and told oh well too bad. Bad business for a new customer!
