Trying to redeem my $500 BYOD Rebate but I receive an error: "Unable to process your request. Please try again later."

When I try again I receive another message: "We're having trouble processing your submission." and to retry or to Please check your connection status and try again. Or, submit your rebate at vzw.com/digitalrebatecenter. That link just takes me to the verizon.com home page.

Process my rebate!

I8trgater We certainly want you to get that large rebate submitted. If you look at the receipt, it shows where you should go to apply for the rebate. Is that where you are trying to do this? Have you tried a different browser? -Dolores
