***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Trying to redeem my $500 BYOD Rebate but I receive an error: "Unable to process your request. Please try again later."

When I try again I receive another message: "We're having trouble processing your submission." and to retry or to Please check your connection status and try again. Or, submit your rebate at That link just takes me to the home page.

I8trgater We certainly want you to get that large rebate submitted. If you look at the receipt, it shows where you should go to apply for the rebate. Is that where you are trying to do this? Have you tried a different browser? -Dolores
