I am on the line now trying to resolve this exact issue from 11/16/2019. Still no $200 rebate card. I currently have 6 devices on my account, over $400/month in charges and I cant get Verizon to do anything about this. Really cruddy customer service practices and obvious rebate fraud. We should find a good plaintiff attorney that would love to come to the aid of all of Verizons victims in this!
