On 11/27/2020, black Friday, I walk into the store, the salesman show me a  literature brochure saying $400 rebate with port in if purchasing a iphone on any unlimited line on my existing unlimited account. The salesman said it, the website said it, but I never recieved the any rebate. VZW rebate center was saying my old unlimited plan was not eligible. If it is not eligible, why would I purchased two iPhones 12, port in and add to existing account!!!! Verizon is completely scam or the salesman had no knowledge. If the salesman has knowledge, then salesman at the Verizon store scammed me for commissions!!!!! I been with Verizon over 5 years with 8 lines. I lost confidence and never trust Verizon again. Why, I spent over 6 hours in the store, over 8 hours over the numerous phone calls with 611 Verizon. Problems didn't resolved!!!! No rebate and black Friday scam and it is better off to buy phones at Costco or Apple store and things would be straight forward. On the Verizon shop website, you will never find the fine print. Scam, misrepresentation and misleading, shame on Verizon. I make a post because I still upset at least one a week for the last three months. I hate Verizon and I hate myself to purchased phones with Verizon on black Friday 2020. Why would I paid a full price on two iphones 12 on black Friday in the store, am I stupid?

4 or more time with 611 and also called back from Verizon with 18009220204. The longest I talked with a representative over the phone was 3 hours and 9 minutes on one phone call

Salesman told me it wasn't his fault and I should get my $400 rebate. He told me to call 611 and get it straight up. I called 611 numerous times explained the problem, 611 transferred me to reward center, reward center said I'm not qualify, transfer me back to 611, 611 then transferred me to the supervisor. After everyone understood my story, the supervisor said she has no control to override the computer. The supervisor told me to go back to store and talked to the store manager and I did. The store manager at the store got my story and she would investigated and then called me back. Two days later, she called and she said she completely  agreed and understood my situations. However, she is the GM of another store, she will have the original store GM called me back. Original store GM never called me. A week later, I went back to the store, I found the original GM. He told me he has nothing to do with the promotions or his employees' action, just keep telling me to call 611. I'm bouncing forth and back to be stupid enough paying a full price purchasing two iphones 12 Max!!!! It is a scam!!!

Sleazy store reps are always trying to pawn off their mistakes to a CSR who had nothing to do with the transaction. They should take more personal responsibility. Tell them no, you will not wait on hold half an hour for their mistakes. They will fix it or their supervisor will. If not, their district manager better do something about it. I dispise Verizon store reps for their lack of responsibility.
