***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why Verizon keep scamming people on rebates?

It is astonishing that this day and age, where I can get reimbursed for rebates on anything almost instantaneously that Verizon continues to provide an atrocious customer service that is clearly dedicated to run you down so you give up on getting your rebates.

Well, this time I won't!

I got a rebate denied for no reason, I didn't get an option to apply for another line I had, and when you try to get support, you get bounced around like you are a beach ball at a concert. 

Honestly, I would respect you more if you didn't give rebates in the first place. Having people getting angry because you are clearly trying to get away from it, its pathetic.

I truly expect to get a response from you this time to give me a minimal customer experience one deserves.
