I am wondering what I need to do to access my 2 - $200 rebate gift cards for switching carriers. I have been reading other's experiences with not having received the gift cards and I am too am feeling mislead in making the decision to switch carriers. How can I redeem the gift cards that are in fact due to me, since the website made the offer at the time of my purchase?
I do not want to spend hours on the phone discussing this with a rep for me to be transferred to multiple reps, as I have heard happens when this question is asked. I also am displeased that a chat option is not available. When I go to try to chat, it tells me to call the 1-800 number and I refuse to waste time on that.
Can anyone provide me with any guidance?
