I have had this EXACT same issue! Purchase date 12/22/23 ----- Ported 4 LINES over. I was very excited about getting the $200 per line. I even jumped through hoops to get my daughter's phone number ported over from deceased mother's ATT account so that I could get the $200 for that line. I have called VERIZON nearly every month. Today, I was told I spent 30 minutes on the phone with an agent he scheduled a call back, and have yet to get a call back!!!! HOURS on the phone. Promised that is was resolved. I want what I was promised at purchase time. THE SWITCHER DEAL - $200 PER LINE -- I do not care in what form it comes, a credit, a gift card. Please someone help me get me what I was promised. TIA.
