$200 Verizon Gift Card Redemption Update?

Hello,

I moved  2 lines over to Verizon after being with AT&T for nearly 20 years.  The main reason for switching was the $200 Verizon gift card offer which was part of my perk package.  I chatted with an agent on this who told me the redemption info would be available in the "Make the Most of Your Plan" section of the app 45 - 60 days from the date of activation.  It is NOT there.

Inquired again on 11/4, the 45 day mark.  The chat agent said they needed to initiate this rebate for my account .  He asked for approval and of course, I approved.  He said I would get an email within 5 days.  NO email.

I chatted again today and the agent said they have no record of this promotion for my account.

Super frustrating and time consuming especially for a new customer.  After reading similiar inquiries from others, I wonder if this was a false perk to get new customers.

I would like this looked into a.s.a.p. please.

Hi Melissa,

Please refer to my initial question.  No, I have not received any email.  The previous agent stated it had to be initiated by Verizon.  He initiated it and said I would receive an email within 5 days with redemption info.

Exact same thing happening to me I’m on day 58 and talked to a agent and the agent don’t even have a idea of the promo code she tried to help but wasn’t able to find the deal. Where you able to get the code ?

Hello Joe,

I do not see a "my offers" area on the app.  Where is it?

I do not see the promotion under the services & perks area.

The link you provided requires a code and date.  You did not provide that info.

Hello Joe,

I emailed the Rebate Team on Friday, 11/15.  I did not receive a confirmation email or reply.

Do you have a contact name and # for someone I can reach out to directly on this?  This is taking entirely too long.
