$200 Verizon Gift card rebate denied twice

I switched over a line on August 2nd also got an email on the same day saying I would get an  $200 for checking out my cart. A week passed by and I heard nothing about it.  So I contacted Verizon chat support, and they submitted me a rebate submission. Turns out they entered it wrong (via chat support) and I waited about 2 weeks to just for it to be denied,

 

So I submitted one again and chat support told me everything was fine and they guaranteed I would get my rebate in the future. Well turns out 2nd one was denied as well with no explanation
