I opened a new line with a new phone, today I received my phone and activated it. I’ve never received the 200$ promised gift card promo when I activated my new phone.
where can I get it ? It says I get an email but I haven’t received anything .
My order has it listed and there it says to look into my notifications in the app but there is also nothing...

No. The only email I have is my order and it's listed on there. I would think that I'm eligible, since I got the offer in the first place, when I placed the order.
