When I first signed up for Verizon I completed my order online, and the representative assured me that the unlimited welcome plan I signed up for was eligible for the $200 Verizon gift cards for every number that I brought over from another carrier. Even have screen shots of the chat in case something like this happened. Now Iโm being told I will not receive these gift cards bc I am not eligible. Why was I lied to and this was part of the reason I choose Verizon over another carrier. I figured the bill credits would help make up for what I still owed on my previous phone from my old carrier. I just want what I was promised.
