$200 gift card

• I’ve been trying to redeem my gift card now for over 3 hours and nothing is working, the code VZ200SWITCH23 does not work when I try to submit it, the link on the offer page leads to the home page, and I’ve not received an email/ text  in regard to the gift card. What’s going on?? It should not be this frustrating to redeem a promotion that was offered by Verizon.

I had bought a mobile service, I purchased a new phone and watch on [phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]. The code was offered while I was placing my order it said complete your order today and receive a $200 Verizon gift card on us and yes I did claim the offer when it came up, once I finished placing the order it said to redeem the card with in the app or through the link but nothing is working. I haven’t received and email or text message and I know I have 30 days to redeem it before it expires so I’m just trying to get this done.

Thank you for the clarification. In this case, you should see the option to redeem it through the My Verizon app or website. You will need to go to the "Make the most out of your plan" section to redeem it.

Sorry but I don’t se anything there either on the app or website and I don’ t see a “make the most out of your plan” section either. I found the page to redeem rebates but it says I need a code and I have no code.

Me too! I recently signed up for a new 5G home internet plan and was informed that my $200 Verizon gift card offer is ready for redemption. However, I can't find it in my home offers section and would appreciate assistance with redeeming it.
