$200 gift card

When I bought an installment phone from verizon it said I would receive a $200 gift card. How and where do I get that gift card?

I made the purchase on October 18 for a new iphone 16 pro max. While I was making the purchase it said I would receive a @$200 gift card but I am not sure what kind of promotion that was.
