We switched to Verizon in April of 2023 after more than a decade of being on AT&T. We moved 5 phone lines over with the promise of a $200 gift card. Well the notification for the rebate never showed up nor did an email or any way to get the rebate.
Verizon has long wait times that of course by the time you try to solve it the window has passed. I was able at one point to get partial resolution, after being tossed around to different departments, but we’re still short $500 and the offer felt very bait and switch.
Fast forward we’ve had several issues with Verizon. Including our bill randomly being increased because our phone plan that was 9 months old was “grandfathered” being promised an additional credit for our over charge the next month only to have it disappear the next month. C’mon Verizon you can do better.
