200$ switching rebate

I switched 7 of my family an dfriends in July and was promised a 200$ rebate per line. I received none until now. I was specifically told that i will get the rebate via email - I HAVE NO EMAIL FROM VERIZON IN MY INBOX.  I was specifically told it will be after 8 weeks. And now when i contact CS, they say it should have been within 30 days. Is this any kind of a joke?????

The only solution looks liek is im gonna leave Verion right away and get all my lines switched. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SC*M VERIZON. and i am gonna make sure u lose more customers.
