I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TRACK DOWN MY REBATE 2021BYOD350 SINCE AUGUST 11, 2021. AFTER NUMEROUS CHATS, REBATE CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CAN FIND A REBATE ON MY ACCOUNT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER THAT IS CLOSED AT 2100 EST. IM BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!.

 

SOME ONE AT VERIZON PLEASE CONTACT ME AND RIGHT THIS WRONG, TOTAL RUNAROUND. I SWITCHED FROM ATT NDUE TO SALESMAN RANTING ON $1400( 4 DEVICES) IN CREDITS FOR DEVICES OR PUT TOWARDS PAYING BILL AND STILL NO HELP.

THIS CAN BE REMEDIED VERY EASILY WITH A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL.

2021BYOD350... MISSION IMPOSSIBLE
