9weeks no gift card why

I've been back and forth with support 10 times. We have resubmitted my claim 3 times. My purchase date was July 11th  its the CARTOFFER2024 gift card. I meet all requirements no one can tell me why I haven't received my gift card. It says clearly within 8 weeks. I'm on week 9. I have had chat representatives leave me on read for hours been on hold multiple times for 3+ hours for someone new to answer and say ugh hello? Is someone there?? I've been so kind and patient through all of this I think its time someone steps up and helps me please this is just ridiculous at this point. I only switched because this gift card was to offset my bill. Now I'm paying for spotty internet I can't use and phone lines costing double this month before I switched. Just give me what you promised. Stop giving me the run around at this point i have more hours committed than $200 is worth even at minimum wage. Some one with some common decency please help.

I purchased a phone and started on the unlimited plan. Was offered the gift card purchase made July 12th submission submitted July 12th. Followed up over and over after date came and went. Support then canceled my submission to resubmit it in order to expedite the process on aug 28th. So now second submission went in Aug 28th. I keep getting jn touch with support and get told its being validated be patient so I do. Date comes and goes and I'm back and forth with support numerous timed, have confirmed numerous times I meet the requirements and they say it will be escalated and never hear back.its now Sept 16th with original purchase and submission dated July 12th... 9 weeks later.  I am still getting the run around and no one can explain what the delay is for

I know that level 2 support can push the submission through i don't understand why no one has stepped in to help or why I keep getting the run around and every time they try to sell me more phones and add ons after if that doesn't add salt to the wound. My sister worked for Verizon for 15 years and walked me through how easy it is for someone to get this done if they really want to.. My first bill for 5g internet and 2 lines is $700. I forgot to mention I had to transfer my number from t-mobile for the offer which I did as well.

So I waited and waited and Verizon errored my submission yet again 

After promising over and over its being fixed. Do not worry be patient.

Still absolutely nothing, no one knows why, support claims there's a system issue being fixed. Escalated multiple times . Empty promises and claims none of you really even care do you.

I do not get it. Why are you doing this. Why keep wasting both our times. I have a 13 yr old with cancer and she's doing horribly I do not need anymore stress you keep putting me through over your false claims and empty promises what am I supposed to do now why won't any of you representatives actually help me.
