This has been an on-going problem since December of 2021. I was told by the employers at the corporate store that my iPhone 11 pro max would be eligible for the $500 promotion for switching from T-Mobile. After countless hours and multiple calls with Verizon representatives (which I should be reimbursed for my time wasted) I keep on getting told the same thing but see no changes. They state "yes looks like you check all the eligible boxes and will be escalating the request". This has been told to me about 5 times and each time I get the same rejection message "The line associated with this rebate requires an eligible device transaction" even though the Verizon employees have stated I am eligible countless times... It's getting to the point where it seems like I am never going to see this rebate that was promised to me.
I would like the rebate promotions I was promised and offered and signed up for, or I will cancel my service, and issues a formal complaints to the CFPB, FTC, legally governing bodies in my state for this egregious bait & switch tactic

I am having the same exact issue with 3 separate devices that I brought over to Verizon. Same thing, just keep getting the run around and nobody seems to be able to help.
i would also like to receive the 3 rebates that were promised to me but keep getting notifications that they are not eligible now that they have me and my 3 devices switched over to them.
