BYOD Credit only applied to one line instead of two

Hi Verizon team,

I’m a new customer and I just opened a multi-line account with two Bring Your Own Device lines. Both phones are eligible and were activated with new Unlimited Welcome plans.

On my first bill, I can see the $10 BYOD monthly credit applied to one line only (*7498), with the note “Credit 1 of 36 (-$350.00 remaining)”.

However, I also brought a second eligible device (*842), and the BYOD credit does not appear for that line. Both devices are non-Verizon phones, fully unlocked, and activated under the same conditions.

Can you please confirm if the $10/month BYOD credit should apply to each eligible line individually, and let me know if the second line will receive the same benefit?

I appreciate your help!

Thank you,

Olivier B.

Hi Bryan,

Just an FYI, there are a lot of different people using the Vz customer support account on the forums, so whomever answers your PM is likely going to be a different person.  If you don't want to have to wait for your PM envelope to light back up, you can also try live chat through your Verizon account.  Sure hope they get the promo sorted for you.
