Hello, last year imported a number and was suppose to receive $500 credit but never did. I was about to order new phone and just noticed this. I searched forum and it looks like many people have same issue that have been resolved by executive intervention. Can some one please help me. I want to get this fixed before adding another phone. I really like Verizon service and want to continue to be a loyal customer.
