BYOD Rewards Issue

I signed up for Verizon Wireless services and moved 4 lines and also brought own devices to Verizon under BYOD offer. During signup and even later, I asked multiple times how would I get the BYOD reward, and every time I was told I will get it after 2 billing cycles AUTOMATICALLY. After waiting for 2 billing cycles, I contacted customer service and was told that I should had received notications to sign up for reward 2 months ago. I never received any notification either on App or on email. I was also informed that now those links have expired and a case was registered with BYOD department to get my reward dollars issued. I was asked to wait for 7-10 business days.

After waiting for the said period, I contacted again and was told that the case was just logged normally and not escalated. And this time the customer service rep told that he is escalating the case and that should get me the answer. Again I was told to wait for 7-10 business days.

I have found exactly same experiences by other customers of Verizon on this forum.

Wonder how is this being allowed! This is my last try and if my issue is not resolved soon, I will be saying bye to Verizon!
