BYOD credits not showing in the first bill


When I checked out the plan, the purchase receipt has the credits (1/36) included. However, my first bill does not have the credits. Could you please take a look? Thanks

Hey logs, I know that I am always eager to see a promotion for a new device, and I would want to make sure I was receiving my promotion as well (considering it showed on your receipt). We are happy to help. 

I wanted to set the expectation that most promotions can take 1-2 billing periods before they appear on the bill, and once they do they will include any missed credits related to that promotion from previous bills. At any rate, we would be happy to check on this for you, and offer a peace of mine. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us, so we can gather some additiona details.
