I have been trying for a few months to add a line to my account online. I am trying to do it online to receive the BYOD incentive that Verizon is offering. Everytime I try I get the same error, "Please try after somtime" I thought after maybe a few days it would correct itself but it has now been months. Is it not possible to add a customer owned device online?

Thank you for the screenshot and detail, dkbusse. Let's further troubleshoot this. Have you tried clearing browser history, or trying a different browser? We ask because some browsers may not be supported due to being retired by the developer, etc.
