Been waiting since February 8th for my e-gift cards for switching over.

I transferred over 5 lines and was promised up to $800 per line to pay-off old phones. The total being around $2300 for 4 phones because one was already paid off. I have been dealing with customer service for months and countless wasted hours on hold with continuous excuses. Anyone else have this where maybe I get a lawyer involved?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we were able to file a ticket to help with the Pay Off Your Phone promotion. This process can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete.
