My wife and I brought our Pixel 6 Pros from AT&T in November of 21. We were told we were getting the then current offer of $500 per line, although I can't recall if it was to be bill credits or gift cards. We sat in the Verizon store in Mcdonough GA for a couple hours getting everything switched. I asked multiple times about the promo of $500 to switch. We were told everything was done. As December came, I inquired about the credits and was told to give it time. I returned on Jan 4th to add my kids to the account and bring their lines over. I asked again about the offer and was told there was a form that needed to be filled out.
I filled out the form and sent it in. I asked a week later and was then told they couldn't find that deal. After waiting another week or two, I asked again and was told that I hadn't gotten the form returned in time. I protested and was told that their escalation team would investigate. Another couple weeks go by and now I'm told that there's no record of this being escalated, but based on the notes there's no reason to. I didn't get the form in time. I protested again and was told someone would get back to me.
Its been months with no update.
Verizon stole $1,000 from me due to the sales staff's incompetence and complete run around by everyone I've ever dealt with.

Hello, Tevako, we know it's important that you receive your promotions. To clarify, was this an offer specific for switching to Verizon from another carrier? Do you recall if you sent your information on our rebate website?

Yes it was the deal where you get 500 if you switch. We came from AT&T and had paid off our phones with the expectation that the 500 would make it a wash.
I am not certain but I believe the form was gotten to by a link in an email. Can't tell you where it went specifically from there.
