Hello! Is there an online email address that I can use to complain to the corporate office? I have been on a total of 4 times since March with Verizon customer service and 2 of those times with the rebate support center as well. Each call lasted well over and hour. I was also told there were notes added to my account when I spoke with a "supervisor" but that was not the case. I just found that out yesterday. I am sick of getting the run around and have been a loyal customer since the 1990's. I am planning on pulling all 8 of my lines and want to contact corporate to let them know what has been happening. If there is not an email address (which I would hope there would be), please send other ways to contact corporate. Thanks for any info anyone can provide!
