Yesterday spent three hours on the phone where they told me i was getting my 7 month wait for Trade-In credit resolved.  They said I would get an email yesterday and it still has never come.  Thinking that Im going to wait another month before I have to move to other resources to get the credit I was promised.

Moving to private messaging isnt working either…
