Failure to apply trade in correctly and now back charges!!!!

  • I am livid. This is twice in two years that Verizon has failed to correctly apply trade in promotions and I’m losing my time to correct. I purchased two phones online when I was ready to upgrade with the current promo on March 24 2024.  I was sent the two apple iPhone 15 pro max and took the old phones to our local store. I received the email that they had been received and assessment was done.  Now a month later I am being charged over $800 for the new phones although I have given evidence of the trade in being completed. (Never mind the fact that the promo I accepted online was reduced for some plan issue not specified at time of purchase).  I should not have to go through these hoops every time I purchase a device from your company.  I need to be contacted immediately as your on phone customer service is completely inept.

You  phone  customer service has kept me on the phone  for over 45 min with no resolution
