Help with adding a line

I did all the stuff online to bring my own device. It was previously used at Verizon and I got the new number and everything but it’s not showing up on by account and the phone won’t work yet.. am I doing something wrong? Just trying to get the thing to work

You didn’t say what phone? Does this phone need a new Sim card? One would have to be shipped to you.
