Hi, I found this older thread with the website to use for the rebate, but the promo code given in it is old and won't work anymore. You need to use the promo code given on your receipt or other paperwork when you signed up. If the store didn't give you a code, hopefully it's not because it was a 3rd party store which isn't participating in the rebate. 😞 Hopefully someone with Verizon will contact you and get you a promo code, if it was simply a case of someone forgetting to do the paperwork.

I'd first like to welcome you to the Verizon family, Kevin-C. I know I wouldn't want to leave any promotional offers on the table myself. Can you tell me more about where this offer was presented? The switcher promotion we have right now is to Pay Off Your Phone from the previous provider.

The older $200 Switcher Rebate is no longer available? For as long as I've been participating in the forums, there have been threads appearing regularly asking about this $200 rebate per line for porting into Verizon from another provider. Usually there is a stipulation that you must also buy a new, qualifying phone from Verizon.
It is true the website is also offering a different promotion "Break your contract, get up to $800 to pay off your phone" as an incentive to people to switch even if they still have a contract elsewhere. But the OP can only get one offer or the other.
