VERIZON NEEDS TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH BLACK HAWK IF THEY CANNOT MANAGE THEIR OWN SERVICES. I REDEEM A GIFT CARD BACKIN SEP, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE. VERIZON CANNOT OFFER ANY HELP DUE TOT HE COMPANY BLACK HAWK SENDS OUT THE CARD, I HAVE NUMEROUS OF ESCALATIONS OPEN AND NOW ITS A MONTH LATER AND STILL NO CADRD. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM AND VERIZON BECAUSE THEY ARE AWARE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE NOT RECEIVING THE GIFT CARDS AND HAVE YET TO FIX THE SITUATION OR FIND A NEW VENDOR. IM DISAPPOINTED IN VERIZON AND WILL BE GOING BACK TO COMCAST.

Iโm currently submitting a complaint to BBB for Verizon and Black Hawk. Verizon canโt do anything so for you to say u can is an insult at this moment. Only thing Verizon has done was look to see if an email has been sent out which they confirm didnโt and then transferred me to Black Hawk. Verizon is def losing my business this is so unprofessional and on this form this isnโt the 1st and probably not last that this will happen to one of their consumers
