Never Received BYOD Credits/Discounts

I moved over 4 phones in Jan 2023 to take advantage of the promotional BYOD discount. Despite being promised by several customer reps that the discount would automatically kick in after a month or two, it never did. I was even guaranteed that I would be back credits for the moths that went by without the discount. I have 4 phones on the 5G Do Mor plan. The promo discounts was for $500/36 months per phones, or $13.88 off each phone plan. I am currently being charged $50.51 per phone per month when my price should have been $36.63 per phone per month. Can someone help me understand what I need to do to get the price I was promised? If I cannot get the advertised price, I will be forced to switch to a different carrier that is closer in my budget.
