Never received BYOD rebate notification

I never received any notification from VZ with link to claim rebate for two devices I brought from Tmobile. One main reason to switch to Verizon was $1000 I would have received for my two devices

Hi  K10vz,

I'm sorry that I have to welcome you to this unfortunate club of those defrauded by Verizon. 

 Verizon did not send any instructions to claim the card and will refuse to honor their promotion by saying that you didn't claim it in time.   They will try to get you to waive your rights in exchange for a $10/mo credit (obviously much cheaper than the promised rebate).   At this point, I suggest you file complaints with the FTC, your state attorney general, and any other consumer protection agencies.
