I swear I know what I agreed to - $700 off the iPhone 14 Pro Max to if I trade my existing device. It would only be $10ish or so additional per month to pay for the new phone. I didn't receive my trade in kit and I know I only have 15 days to complete the trade in! Don't want to lose out on the deal - please help? I looked at my future bill and order history and there was NO MENTION of trade in at all - I'm being charged the full amount! Tried calling and couldn't get through to anyone. I'm ready to send back my device - where? How? I'd like the accurate amount reflected on my account too, please.
