I switched from AT&T to Verizon. Ported 3 lines over and was promised 250$ gift card and a 500$ gift card. I call customer care since they seem to not help in store. And no one can sent me the gift card. This is ridiculous to lie to customers to get them to switch and not given what was promised. AT&T would have had my gift card send in 24 hours after making one complaint but Verizon just doesn’t want to do there job right and make customers suffer once they switch. Now they say they can’t give me gift cards cause they expired. Supervisor supposed to call me and never did. DO NOT TRUST VERIZON.
