I traded my wife's phone in and seemingly took advantage of the new line promotion during Black Friday. I traded my wife's phone in with the Verizon location in Quincy IL the day after we purchased due to issues with porting the line. After we ported the line, we came in and traded the phone in and confirmed that the trade in was a success and got a receipt.
On my bill I see a credit for $200 trade in credit but no credits for the new phone. Meaning I traded a phone in for what I had thought (and was supposed to be) a new iPhone Pro 15. Am I accidentally being impatient and need to just wait for 2-3 billing cycles, or was I credited for something different and didn't actually get the free new phone promo?
In summary, traded in iPhone 12 and ported in a # from TMobile as a new line, received $200 trade in credit but not monthly credit towards the device. Something wrong or impatient?
