Not Receiving Promotional Credits as Promised

I moved over from AT&T to Verizon a few months  (four of my own devices moved over from my AT&T).  For some reason Verizon only gave "Bring your own Device" credits to two(2) of my four (4) owned phones that I brought over from AT&T.  I have called the Verizon Billing Customer service several times, and spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve this. 

I also added two (2) Home 5G wifi routers to my plan.  But my bill is $10 higher per 5G wifi router than the Verizon sales person told me that it would be.   The sales person and also Billing Customer Service tell me that they will fix this -but it never gets fixed

Every time I talk to the Billing Customer Service, they say that they have FIXED my bill and it will be reflected within the next 48 hours - BUT IT NEVER GETS FIXED. 

I dont know what else to do.  Should I report to the FTC???  HELP!!!!!!!!!
