Number Porting Unable to Receive Inbound Calls

My wife and I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. After switching her phone number over I was unable to call her cell phone # from another phone and the call would not go through. I was on the phone with Verizon tech support for well over 3 hours and talked to 5 support people. We were unsuccessful in resolving the issue despite wiping the network settings and re-issuing eSIMs to the phone.

We're terribly sorry for the issues you and your wife encountered. At times when a number is ported over it can take some time for the transaction to be fully completed. Are you still experiencing issues?
