Spending more than 2 hours to set port, we are disconnected from Tmobile, but not getting services from Verzion. 2 phones says SIM 1 not provisioned, there are no eSIMs available. spending another 2 hours to solve the problem on chat, I don't even have an account to check wireless information. Rep told me it would take 4 to 24 hours to activate The rep who helped me and ported didn't say this, I would've never done it on a week day if I knew there would be a gap like this.
Now me and my husband don't have phone service with 2 kids.
The chat rep who try to get me a Wireless account failed me. Nothing is smooth, now I am worried even if it is resolved I am not even sure if verizon network will work with my tmobile devices. I specifically asked if they will work smoothly, the rep said yes, but here the reviewers say otherwise. I am going through a nightmares...
