I switched Wireless Carriers from AT&T to Verizon Wireless on 12/27/22. The promotion was get $1000 trade in credit for each iPhone, $180 credit for each Apple Watch, and free iPad, $200 credit for each number switch and a free set of Beats by Dre Earbuds. I bought 3 new iPhones, 2 Apple Watches and an iPad on this promotion. Verizon store told me I had to mail all devices in a box with the prepaid return label. They received the shipment on 1/7/23 with all devices in box. I received my credit for everything, except one iPhone. I been trying to get the proper credit for the missing iPhone since 2/23/23. I had a Manager confirm that the iPhone was in Verizon possession and would issue credit. Waited the 2-3 billing cycles and no credit. Reached out several more times, each time they said it was corrected and wait 2 billing cycles. I then talked to another Manager, he was going to try to reconfirm the iPhone was received, he would call back in 3 days with the results. If he could not confirm then he was giving me a $800 trade in credit and $200 manual credit to satisfy my credit. Never heard from him and now fighting to get my $1000 credit again. They told me everything is recorded including phone conversations but they can't seem to find any details of what was said, they except how many times I submitted a support ticket for the same issue.
