I currently have an existing line on my account but I’m wanting to take advantage of this online promotion and it requires adding a new line. If I were to add a new line and switch my phone to it. How do I go about terminating the existing line?

Are you wanting to keep the phone number from the existing line or drop it? Is it main line on the account?
