Just curious if anyone else had this issue. I received a postcard in the mail for a bring your own device promotion fully online. After receiving, I inquired and was told by the sales rep online that I could receive $400 per line ported as long as I had at least the Play More Unlimited Plan. I started the process that night for switching/porting. Come to find out that they only gave me four $300 rebate cards. When I called, I was told that the sales rep was confused and I needed to ask more questions. When I said I saved the chat history, the rep had no interest in seeing this, as I'm sure it would invalidate his point. Wondering if anyone was able to get the correct amount that was promised? I just feel like I've been scammed to get my numbers ported over. Thank you!
I have a similar issue with the chat logs. What is up with Verizon not being able to accept the chat history? I was promised a promotional offer by a sales rep through the chat and now Verizon refuses to honor it. Same as you, when I said I have chat logs saved and screenshotted they made up some garbage excuse about having no way of receiving the images... Do they not have email at Verizon CS? Is it really that hard to send a jpg?
