Rebate not showing up

I just added another line and while checking out it said it was valid for a $500 but no notification has come up after 6 days under Notifications

We can certainly try to assist you with your promotion. Was this a trade-in promotion with an add a line, or a just new line promotion? After the line has been added it can take 1-2 Billing cycles for it to appear. You will generally see it on your Next Bill Summary, but not the current one if it has been purchased recently.
