I spoke to Ms. Northern about a billing mistake and she proceeded to scream and talk over me and was completely verbally abusive. She was the worst customer service representative  I have every had. Verizon still has not helped me with the over billing.

I can add to this nightmare, I called back to make a complaint on Ms. Northern and spoke to Mr. Paul which is a co-worker of Ms. Northern and he tells me that he is a supervisor but doesn't know how to process a complaint!!! This is unbelievable, why have I been a customer for over 50 years when Verizon doesn't give you the basic respect a customer should get.

The story ends with Mr. Paul saying he doesn't know how to process a complaint and tells me to have a good day and hangs up on me! How can Verizon stay in business treating people this way?

I would like to know why Ms. Northern screamed at me, was I being discriminated against. I am thinking to my self what other reason would it be. I was asking a billing question and the Verizon representative attacked me.
