I set up an account with my fiance and a couple issues happened:
1.) I switched from AT&T and upgraded to the iPhone 14. All functions normally, except I am unable to send/receive SMS texts... Basically anything that isn't an iMessage, I am unable to send/receive. I have tried resetting the blocks on Verizon account and powering off/on which didn't work.
2.) My fiance was an existing Verizon customer and we were trying to just set up our own plan. However, she is not listed on the plan... When I login to my Verizon account, the only device/line showing is my iPhone 14.

cory2ak, it's awesome you've come over to VZ! Less exciting is that problem you're seeing with the second line for your finance. We definitely want to make sure everything is working. I've sent you a Private Note, so we can take a look at all at.
