Trade in credit not turning into chargebacks

I am so over this company. Back when we signed up two years ago, they completely messed up my trade ins and it took me close to 30 man hours to sort out. Only was sorted out when I sent a note directly to a member of their C suite for customer support.  

Now, having updated our phones, it’s happened once again.  I am being charged back over $800 for phones that have been traded in.  I am so done and ready to take this higher. I need my account credited asap and refuse to pay for promos that should be applied.  This is absolutely shocking that you treat your clients this way
