Unable to redeem the following offer which shows up on the 1st page/screen of the verizon App. (before sign-in)

 

"Verizon e-Gift Card® & Stream TV:
1. Visit vzw.com/digitalrebatecenter and enter promo code
BYOD450UNL and purchase date.
2. Enter your information.
3. Submit offer redemption within 30 days of activation.
Receive a $450 Verizon e-Gift Card® when you port-in your number from any wireless carrier and activate with your own 4G or 5G eligible smartphone on a Get More unlimited postpaid plan between 8.13.22 and 12.31.22.
Offer available on vzw.com only. Customer must submit for redemption within 30 days of activation, and the device must remain activated for 45 consecutive days.

I get the following error after entering the promo(BYOD450UNL) and date(12-14-2022) -

Promo Code with the Order/Purchase date can’t be found. Please check your information and try again

Above post has the screenshots from the Verizon app downloaded on a phone on a different network prior to the port in.

I was able to complete the port -in following the instructions in the verizon App. But now I am unable to redeem the offer that was promised before the port-in.
