I choose to trade in my iphone 13 for a credit and upgrade it to the iphone 15 pro max back in June of 2024.There was a pop offer for $200 Verizon Gift Card if I placed the order.I clicked “accept offer”.Fast forward 3 months later no gift card.Just a gimmick to get you upgrade a line, but Verizon doesn’t honor the promotion.I’ve been a customer for 8 years, but I will not be one coming the next year.

I am going through the exact same thing and have been fighting with customer support for months over this. They keep telling me there was no active promotion like this but i had one representative mess up and admit to it. So i have non stop been messaging them about it. And today I believe I'm getting the $200 credited to my account. Will update here soon if I got it or not
