Verizon $200 gift card for switching over

HI. I recently switched from Tmobile and was offered a $200 gift card. I cannot find any communication about how to get the gift card. The only things I have found from other posts are links that ask for a code. I did not receive a code. When I try to chat with someone, I get stuck in the virtual assistant loop. I am 100% regretting switching over from TMobile. I have had so many issues so far and this is just the latest. After having lots of set up issues because someone messed up my porting, I was told that activation fees would be waived. They are all still on my bill. On my order is says I have until the middle of June to redeem my gift card offer but it does not have information for how to do it. I have not received any emails either. This is a mess.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, we confirmed how to claim that gift card offer. If you’ve run into something similar, there’s a few reasons this could be happening. The offer requirements were not met. Applying for the offer occurred outside the required timeframe. If there was documentation needed it was not submitted or visible.

Literally same issue with activation issues! I would get stuck in a Verizon agent loop!! I totally regret switching over at this point! Have not received any email about the promo gift card either! Smh
